As contract cleaner myself I understand how frustrating it can be to have to have many different chemicals on your rig or in your garage. Let me breakdown what I mean by giving you an example with F-13. It is a potassium hydroxide based cleaner that is very concentrated. Diluted up to 100-1 it is still an effective cleaner.
It will remove black streaks off gutters at 20-1.
It will clean and remove black streaks from awnings at 50-1.
It works great on fleet washing at 40-1. It will clean and degrease heavy equipment at 30-1.
Add a few ounces to Simple Cherry for house washing and there is no house dirty enough that it wont tackle.
