Shipping Policies
We only ship within the contiguous US.
We will do everything in our power to ship your order the same day but depending on varying circumstances your order may be shipped the next day.
In the case of some products like pressure washers, hose reels, custom equipment may take up to 10 days to ship. If your order is by phone you be notified at that time of the delay. This information is always available when you shop online in the “Usually Ship By” field.
In our online store your only shipping option is ground shipping. If you need your order faster please give us a call to place your order.
Upon delivery of your products please inspect packages for visible shipping damage. If damage is apparent please let the driver know. If you open the package and damage is found please call us so we can get the claim processed started for you. Replacement product will be shipped to you after the claim is resolved.
On all orders an invoice will be sent after your package(s) have been shipped with detailed tracking information on the invoice.
Phone Orders
Our pricing for phone-in orders are the same as online orders. All we ask is that if you are unsure what the part name is you need please look online or in our print catalog for the correct name or part #, because chances are if we are both guessing you will receive the incorrect parts and you will be held responsible in this situation.
Back Orders
If an item is back ordered you will be notified by phone and you will have the choice of: (1)deleting the item from your order (2)holding your order until the back order come in (3) shipping the order minus the back order and when the back order comes we will ship it with additional shipping cost incurred.
Returns
No returns after 30 days. Shipping charges are never refundable. No refunds on electric parts (switches, relays,
igniters, etc. Custom equipment or special order items (not in our online store or catalog) are not returnable.
If your item is unused and in original packaging it can be returned for a 100% refund for store credit or we can credit your card for the item cost less 15% restocking charge. If you wish to return an item give us a call to get an RGA number. We will not except returns without an RGA number.
Warranty
All products we sell are covered under the manufactures warranty. If a problem arises within the warranty period give us a call and we will contact the manufacturer to get a RGA number for your return warranty evaluation. Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs. Feel free to give us a call for warranty period before your purchase.
