*We only charge you what Fed-Ex, UPS, or freight carriers charge us.

*Your order is packed in the most efficient manner to lower shipping costs.

*You may call or email and give us the list of items you want to purchase and we will gladly estimate the shipping cost for you.

*Free shipping offers valid for ground shipments in the 48 contiguous states ONLY.

*Orders picked up at our shop that are FOB items online are subject to a destination fee.

Pressure Washer & Parts: Most of are parts are directly dropped ship from our suppliers via UPS. We have suppliers on the East & West Coast to ensure you receive your orders fast and with the least cost for shipping.

Chemicals: Chemicals are shipped from our Cleveland,OH warehouse FedEx ground and motor freight.
